Returns, Exchanges and Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship our orders daily and pride ourselves in quality service.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing for all in stock merchandise. All website exclusives will take the 2-5 business days as stated in the product description.  We ship using USPS and UPS primarily for their quality of service.  Please contact us at farmhouserags@gmail.com if your shipment has been damaged due to improper shipping.  Include your order number as well as your tracking information as well.

Returns and Exchanges:

All online purchases returns must be made within 7 days of product arrival.  All returns must be unworn, and tags still attached.  All sale items are non-returnable.  We have the right to refuse refund based on condition of items returned.  All returns will be refunded to original form of payment only.  Refunds could take up to 10-14 days to show on original form of payment.
